Meet Ness, the bookkeeper behind your farm office

Helping ag-based businesses bring structure, calm and clarity to the farm office

Hi, I’m Ness

I’m The Bush Bookkeeper, a rural bookkeeper helping ag-based businesses bring structure, calm and clarity to their farm office.

I started bookkeeping after the arrival of my first child, and more than 10 years later, I still love helping rural and agricultural businesses feel more in control of their numbers, paperwork and office processes.

I understand that farm bookkeeping is not generic bookkeeping. Ag businesses deal with seasonal cash flow, staff, suppliers, BAS, payroll, compliance, family pressure and privacy concerns, often all at once.

The Bush Bookkeeper helps bring practical structure to the back office, covering bookkeeping, payroll, BAS, reporting, accounts payable and the processes that keep everything moving.

The goal is simple: to help ag businesses stop running the office from memory, late nights and crossed fingers, and instead create a clearer system that supports the business properly.

I work remotely with ag-based clients across Australia.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of two young boys, a lover of horses, polocrosse and campdrafting, and a passionate member of my small rural community.
